The Bistro is furnished with hand made furniture made by local students for a cabinet making course. There is a regulars favourites Bistro menu as well as the burgeoning specials board. Three top Cornish chefs compete to put specials on the board. This covers a range of locally produced meats and game, with fish and shellfish from local waters, modern vegetarian dishes, rich imaginative desserts and Cornish cheeseboard with home made biscuits, all cooked under supervision of the owners.

The Bistro is available for private functions, including small wedding parties.
